The Bills have already been busy this off-season. With the new league year officially underway here’s an overview of the work they’ve done in retaining their own unrestricted and restricted free agents, as well as where those players they have already cut ended up. Unrestricted Free Agents
OT Cordy Glenn – Offered and signed Buffalo’s one-year, $13 million franchise tag. Has until July 15 to negotiate a long-term deal.
OG Richie Incognito – Offered and signed a new three-year deal worth $15.75 million to stay in Buffalo.
LB Nigel Bradham – Offered and signed a two-year contract worth $7 million with Philadelphia.
CB Ron Brooks – Offered and signed a three-year contract worth $5.5 million with Philadelphia
DL Alex Carrington – No action taken thus far
WR Leonard Hankerson – Offered and signed a one-year contract to return to the Bills.
QB Josh Johnson – No action taken thus far
WR Percy Harvin – Retired
DT Stefan Charles – Not tendered as RFA. Offered and signed a one-year contract with Detroit
LB Ty Powell – Not tendered as RFA

TE MarQueis Gray – Not tendered as RFA. Offered and signed a contract with the Miami Dolphins
Restricted Free Agents
WR Chris Hogan – Offered lowest tender of one-year, $1.671 million. Offered and signed a three-year $12 million contract by New England. Bills declined to match.
DT Corbin Bryant – Offered lowest tender of one-year, $1.671 million. Signed the offer sheet on Monday, April 18 to stay with the Bills.
OT Jordan Mills – Offered lowest tender of one-year, $1.671 million. Signed offer sheet on Thursday, March 24 to stay with the Bills.
