Al-Farouq Aminu‘s contract went from a risk to a bargain in the span of one season, as he emerged as a solid foundation piece for the Blazers last season. Always a shaky shooter, Aminu settled in as a solid one, hitting 126 3-pointers last season, better than his total from the previous five seasons combined. He ended up averaging 10.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.5 3-pointers per game, solid across-the-board numbers that put him in play in Rotisserie leagues, and we should expect about the same from him this season, making him a viable low-end starter on Draft Day.
