It’s going to be hard for Cameron Payne to make an impact in Oklahoma City as long as Russell Westbrook is around, but he showed flashes of being a really useful player down the road as a rookie. Payne showed he could play next to Westbrook if needed, but will likely serve as the backup point guard yet again this season, after averaging 5.0 points and 1.9 assists per game. He has very little value in redraft leagues, but could be a nice sleeper in Dynasty leagues, with Russell Westbrook headed into free agency after the season.
