There has never been much doubt that Ed Davis can be a Fantasy contributor in the right role, but he just never seems to land in that role, and it happened again last season in Portland. Davis was productive on a per-minute basis, but played just 20.8 per game, leading to averages of just 6.5 points, 7.4 rebounds and 0.9 blocks per game. With Portland’s frontcourt looking even more crowded this season, it’s hard to see him improving on that, making Davis someone you won’t have to invest in on Draft Day.
