Any questions about Ole Miss’ ability to replace big names from the 2013 recruiting class — in this case, namely receiver Laquon Treadwell — appear to have been answered against Florida State.
A lot of young players have been getting involved for the Rebels, but a candidate for play of the game is wide receiver DK Metcalf, who pulled off a classic trip-drill for a touchdown in the second quarter.
This was a poor throw by Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly — even uncle Jim Kelly, who was in attendance, thought as much.
It was also solid defense by Tarvarus McFadden.
But above all it was an incredible display of concentration and individual effort by Metcalf.
