Hall of Fame coach Mike Krzyzewski will return to the sideline Saturday for Duke‘s game with Pittsburgh at Cameron Indoor Stadium, the school announced Thursday.

Duke has played the past seven games without Krzyzewski.

He had back surgery Jan. 6 and his been recovering.

Duke went 4-3 in his absence.

This development lines up with the initial four-week timetable provided by school officials when Krzyzewski announced he was taking a leave of absence to have surgery to alleviate pain that sources told CBS Sports had become unbearable. Duke is 17-5 overall, 5-4 in the ACC and ranked 15th in the CBS Sports Top 25 (and one).
